Corrections & Clarifications

Accuracy is the foundation of trust. When we get something wrong, we say so clearly and promptly. This page documents every correction and clarification we've made.

Our Corrections Policy

The Verity Ledger is committed to accuracy above all else. We aggregate and curate reporting from dozens of sources, and while we apply rigorous editorial standards, errors can occur in our summaries, categorizations, or contextual framing.

When an error is identified — whether by our team, our readers, or the original source — we follow this process:

Immediate Review

We investigate the reported error within 24 hours of being notified.

Transparent Correction

Corrections are clearly labeled on the original article with a note explaining what was changed and why. We never silently edit content.

Logged Here

Every correction is permanently recorded on this page so readers can review our track record.
